You order means a lot to me, which is why I’m dedicated to providing safe and reliable delivery for all my artwork.

1. Processing your Order

An email confirmation will be sent to your email address, after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of purchase. Once you order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you that your package is being shipped.

1. Shipment processing time

Most orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with in 3-5 days of your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery. I will contact you for some reason there is any delay. Shipping prices may vary depending on the size and the weight of the artwork, communication is key I will keep you updated throughout the shipping process with email and SMS notifications

Charmin Art creations does not ship internationally currently, domestic only anywhere in the U.S

1. Shipment and Delivery estimates

Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided for you. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the day of shipment, rather than the day of order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, I will make every effort to fulfill your order.

To ensure that you receive your order when you need it , please plan accordingly. During the holidays, please make your orders two weeks prior to ensure timely delivery.

1. Business day means Monday to Friday except holidays.
2. Order are not shipped or delivery on weekends or holiday except if specified by Charming art creation in a special order.
